All visitors — infrastructure processing

This website is served through Cloudflare, Inc. As your browser loads pages, Cloudflare processes technical request data on our behalf, including your IP address, browser type, and the page requested. This is necessary to deliver the website to you. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in operating a secure and functional website). Cloudflare does not use this data for its own profiling.

Contact form

When you submit the contact form, we collect:

• The content of your message

This data is used solely to respond to your enquiry. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (our legitimate interest in operating an informational website and replying to communications directed to us).

Contact form submissions are retained only as long as necessary to respond to your enquiry, and no longer than 12 months, unless we are legally required to keep them longer.

Infrastructure logs processed by Cloudflare are subject to Cloudflare's own retention policy.

4. Who we share your data with

Cloudflare, Inc. acts as a data processor for two purposes:

• Website delivery (CDN) — Cloudflare routes all page requests and processes the technical data described in section 2.
• Contact form delivery (Cloudflare Workers) — when you submit the contact form, your data is transmitted to a Cloudflare Worker running under our own Cloudflare account and forwarded to us by email.

Cloudflare is bound by a Data Processing Agreement and transfers data to the United States under Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs).

Zoho Corporation provides our email service. Contact form messages are delivered to and stored in our Zoho mailbox, meaning Zoho processes your name, email address, and message content as a data processor. Zoho is bound by a Data Processing Agreement and transfers data under Standard Contractual Clauses where applicable.

You can request a copy of the applicable SCCs from either processor by emailing [email protected].

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with any other third parties.

5. Fonts

This website uses the Inter typeface, which is self-hosted on our servers. No font data is sent to Google or any other third party when you visit this site.

6. Cookies and tracking

This website does not set cookies, use analytics, or deploy any tracking technologies. We do not track your browsing behaviour.

7. Automated decision-making

We do not carry out any automated decision-making or profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects on you.
